Addresses and directions to each parade home will be listed only in the Parade of Homes guidebook.

They can be purchased for $5 at the Parade of Homes tent in the Regency subdivision in Crown Point, IN (located off of Rt. 55 [Indiana] & 133rd Ave.) during the hours of the Parade of Homes or at the BIA office, located at 11035 Broadway, Suite C, Crown Point, IN. (Hrs: M-F 8:30- 4:30) or at The Times located at 601 45th St., Munster, IN, (Hrs: M-F 8:00- 5:00) starting June 19th.

Welcome to an All-New, Exciting BIA Parade of Homes!

Dear Neighbor,

For the past 25 years, the Northwest Indiana Building Industries Association (BIA) has hosted traditional Parade of Homes events in noteworthy individual neighborhoods throughout Lake County. Each year many of area's most renowned builders create incredible showplaces for this exclusive event.

This year is absolutely no different in that respect. Whether you're actively searching for a new construction home or looking for inspiration to make some changes to the one you already own, you'll find it in these impressive show homes. Most importantly, for the first time ever, you have the opportunity to see even more incredible homes, in a variety of price ranges and styles, giving you a much broader perspective on the latest trends in our local new construction market.

You can tour all of the participating homes from June 20-28, Monday through Friday 3-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 12-6pm. Look for a stunning variety of newly-introduced materials, finishes and features.

Also new this year, the Northwest Indiana House Raffle is giving you the opportunity to choose from 6 outstanding homes when your number is chosen for the grand prize. After you fall in love with one of the raffle homes, you can purchase a chance to win it for $150 with all the proceeds being donated to the Southlake YMCA and St. Jude's House. Representatives of the Northwest Indiana House Raffle will be onsite at each of the raffle homes to provide more information.

As in previous years, the BIA Home Improvement Tent which is located at the host site in The Regency of Crown Point features interactive displays and comprehensive information on the latest home products, services and landscaping ideas for your existing or future home. It's also where you'll need to go to purchase an official Guide Book for $5 that includes complete details on all the participating Raffle homes, scattered site homes and developments.

Plus, you can win one of five $1,000 prizes and a 42" LG Flat Screen TV from Nason's Appliances just by visiting this year's BIA Parade of Homes participants and getting a stamp on the appropriate entry forms inside your Guide Book. Look for separate stories that highlight all the details in this special section.
